Just some insane predictions beyond current speculations:

iTunes 8 & iTunes store
= choosable album artwork (no more 'wrong cover') possibly one of the most requested iTunes features
= iTunes radio with 'buy song' option (to be a part of iTV)
= iTunes 'exclusive' live TV stream (to be a part of iTV) with subscriptions
= international movie/TV shows stores (as promised)
= foreign stores 'special purchase' option
= iTunes for linux

Portable iTune
= iTunes 'lite' apps on iPod for use with computer without iTunes installed

iTunes store kiosk
= possible since you can now get purchased songs off iPod
= feeding iPod for those without computer (or broadband) [choose/dock/pay/download] but without movies due to size and transfer time
= using membership card with stored iTunes account information (just like debit card) use PIN for identification
= only available at Apple retail stores for now

new iPod or new iPod firmware
= support for iPod GUI customization (skins)
= text-to-speech feature for songs [link]

iPod accessories
= iPod wireless dock device [share/sync/stream] to match Zune

Apple PDA
= Newton reborn with fullscreen movie playback & iTunes integrated
= I'd call it 'iSaac'

Bono appearance
= report on PRODUCT (RED) with iPod sales, revenue figures and progress so far
= introducing new Apple PRODUCT (RED) product(s)
